The Office of the Provost oversees the Division of Academic and Student Affairs. Directed by Provost Shane P. Martin, this division encompasses the university's schools and colleges, libraries, enrollment and offices supporting academic achievement, faculty affairs, student and campus life, and global engagement.

The аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û OUC acts as general counsel to the University. Its attorneys are the chief legal advisors to the University, the President, and the Board of Trustees. The OUC directs the provision of all legal services for аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û, consults with expert attorneys in specialized areas, and coordinates litigation.

Facilities Maintenance and Operations resolves maintenance issues and meets the needs of the campus community. Urgent requests (ex. safety related issues, loss of power, food prep equipment, living and working conditions) are responded to as quickly as possible.
