Cass DavenportIn my early career, I was a teacher, Deputy Head Teacher and Head Teacher in state education, also working with Warwick аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û on their PGCert Programme for Initial Teacher Training in Secondary Education.

I moved to explore my career further in Aviation and Travel as I have enjoyed a wide ranging interest in working in, and studying the industry. I worked at Birmingham Airport, largely in operational roles including as an aviation firefighter, operations officer, fire safety advisor and training manager always maintaining an operational role in the safe running of airport operations both airside and landside.

I have been a Senior Lecturer in Aviation in Coventry аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û (2015-2017) and also Buckinghamshire New аÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û (2017- 2024) with core specialisms as a Course Leader, personal tutor, dissertation supervisor and module and unit leader across a wide range of subject areas including both undergraduate and postgraduate study. I have taught on staff in-service training courses and managed development and validation of new programmes. I have a keen interest in developing high quality, interactive and engaging teaching and learning materials and have developed a broad interest in the promotion and development of strong academic integrity with all students.
