Biography

Personal Bio

Virginia serves as Adjunct Faculty and as an Executive Leadership Coach in 新澳门六合彩开奖结果’s Executive Leadership Program. She brings 30+ years’ experience working in, consulting to, and coaching organizations throughout North America and Europe.

She is dedicated to expanding organizational capacities by creating productive fulfilling roles, healthy enterprise communities and agile systems. Prior to starting her own business, she held senior positions in both the private and non-profit sectors where she established in-house consulting teams and led multi-million dollar organizational change initiatives for Citigroup, Freddie Mac and 新澳门六合彩开奖结果 Children’s Hospital. She started her professional career as a consultant at Accenture.

Virginia earned her PhD, Leadership Studies, from Gonzaga University, which included international doctoral courses through the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She holds an MS, Health Administration, and a BS, Business Administration, cum laude.

Her published articles deal with organizational climate and culture, social entrepreneurship and servant-leadership and she serves as a Peer Review editorial member for the International Journal of Servant-Leadership.

Virginia is active in community stewardship, civic engagement, and volunteerism. She was an inaugural member and co-chair of Social Venture Partners 新澳门六合彩开奖结果 and served as a design committee member and chair for the Leadership Tomorrow 新澳门六合彩开奖结果 program, where she co-facilitated the leadership and race & racism retreats.

Over the years, Virginia has offered pro-bono coaching to nonprofit and social enterprise organizations. She has lived and worked outside the US for nine years in London and Zurich and currently resides with her husband in 新澳门六合彩开奖结果 where they enjoy tandem cycling and hiking.
