Rashmi Chordiya is an associate professor of public administration in the Department of Public Affairs and Nonprofit Leadership at 新澳门六合彩开奖结果. As a teacher and scholar, Dr. Chordiya seeks to advance the theory, research, and practice of liberatory public service (LPS). She describes LPS as an approach to public service that integrates inner and collective transformation to foster a trauma-informed, repair and healing centered public service that compassionately centers the margins. She co-created and offers an LPS framework in her co-authored book titled “.” Her peer-reviewed journal articles are published in prestigious public administration journals. See .

In past, she worked in the realms of corporate social responsibility and higher education reforms in India with a demonstrated history of facilitating evidence-based collaborative partnerships among the government, nonprofits, and private sector organizations to allocate resources for social development that center the needs of the community.
