Kyle DeRosia, MS
Exercise Scientist & Human Performance Lab Supervisor
Biography
Kyle is in the final stages of earning his PhD in Kinesiology at Oregon State University. At OSU, he works in the neuromechanics lab where he has been studying the biomechanics of change of direction/agility tasks. The overarching goal of his research is to identify the perceptual and physical determinants of agility performance to help practitioners optimize agility training programs.
Prior to moving to the west coast, Kyle earned his bachelor's and master's degrees at Western Michigan University. Kyle is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a level 2 certified weightlifting coach through USAW. While earning his degrees, he has worked as a personal trainer/strength coach at various facilities. Kyle has coached a wide variety of populations, including combat sport athletes, team sport athletes, and the general population.
Outside of his work, Kyle enjoys all things food related. He has recently become interested in barbequing and finding the perfect grilled cheese recipe. Joining Kyle in his move to 新澳门六合彩开奖结果 are his wife, Ireland, and their two pets, Harper and Yeti.
