Biography

Alic Shook, PhD, RN is an Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing at 新澳门六合彩开奖结果, Affiliate Faculty in the Center for Pediatric Nursing Research at 新澳门六合彩开奖结果 Children's Hospital and the University of Washington School of Medicine Department of Bioethics & Humanities, and a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Future of Nursing Scholar. He has research expertise in HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ health, pediatrics, and qualitative and participatory methods. His work has been funded by the Fulbright Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and the National Institutes of Health, among others. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Transgender Law Center.
